2. Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
3. Exchange Process: Upon confirming the defect, we will provide you with a return label free of charge to facilitate the exchange process. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
4. Replacement: Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it to verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will promptly send you a replacement of the same product that is free from defects.
5. Exceptions: Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items damaged due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.
6. Equal Value Exchange: If the item you are expecting to be exchanged is out of stock we will offer an equal value exchange with another product in stock or a reimbursement (per customers request).
